Why should I set up an account?
There is no faster way to order from us than by registering an account. By creating an account, you'll be able to order from our huge selection of Christian products over and over again without re-entering your name, billing information and shipping address. When using your account, you're only a few clicks away from our great products being on their way to you!
How do I create an account?
To create an account, click the "account" link at the top of every page, submit your email address and then fill out the corresponding form. Once you have created your account, a personal greeting will appear at the top of the home page each time you return to the site to let you know that you have been recognized by our website.
Is this information safe and protected?
How can I alter my account once it's created?
If you have already created an account, it is easy to change any of your personal information or preferred methods of payment. Simply click the "account" link at the top of any page and log in. Your previously entered information will appear and you can change any of the information in the Payment Method, Settings, Address Book, and Email Preferences tabs.
What if I forget my password?
If you have an account but have forgotten the password, click on the link "Forgot Your Password?" directly below the space where you would normally enter your password on the sign-in page. You will be asked to enter your email address, and we'll send you instructions for setting up a new password right away.
I have a new email address. How do I update it in my account?
If you have an account set up on our site, you can update your email address any time by following the steps below. We do recommend that you update your account before placing any additional orders on our site, so that your new email address will be included in those orders.
To change your email address:
- First login to your account by clicking the "account" link at the top of any page.
- Type your new email address in the Change and Verify Email Address fields.
- Click "Save Changes" and your email address will be updated.
How do I update my credit card information?
If you already have an account on our site, you can update your credit card information at any time by following the steps below.
Login to your account by clicking the "account" link at the top of any page, or click here.
- Navigate to the "Payment Methods" section of your account.
- Type the new payment information in the boxes provided.
- Click "Update Saved Card".
How do I check my order history?
Log in to your account and go to the Order History section of your account. You will see your orders in chronological order along with the status of each. Here are the status updates you may see:
Submitted means that the order has been entered into our system, but can still be edited or cancelled. We process orders in a matter of minutes, so if you would like to change or cancel an order, it is best to call us immediately at 1-800-247-4784 in the US and Canada; in all other countries please call 1-978-977-5000).
Complete means that all items on the order have been shipped to you.
Cancelled orders will not be processed or shipped.
"In Process" means that your order has been sent to our warehouse and it is too late to change or cancel it.
"Authorization Pending" means that we were unable to obtain credit card authorization. If that happens, we send you an email to help complete your order.
"Backordered" means that one or more items on your order are not currently in stock in our warehouse. When this occurs, we ship your in-stock items immediately, then send the backordered items as they become available. There is no additional charge for shipping separate backorders, and your credit card will not be charged until your backorders leave our warehouse.
